Privacy Policy

WS SOLUTIONS LLC operates OperableWeb. This policy covers personal information about our customers' users and our website visitors. When we process data on behalf of a customer (their website visitors' consent choices, their consumers' privacy requests) we act as that customer's service provider/processor under our DPA; the customer's own privacy notice applies to that data.

What we collect

• Account data: name, work email, company, role, hashed password, sign-in times.

• Usage and security data: audit-log entries of actions taken in a workspace, IP address for rate limiting (not stored in the clear).

• Support messages you send us.

How we use it

To provide and secure the service, send transactional email, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our own site uses no third-party trackers.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days after closure, except records we must keep by law.

Your rights

Depending on your state you can request access, deletion, correction, or a portable copy, and appeal a decision. Email cedrictabiou@gmail.com. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.

Security

Encryption in transit, encryption at rest for credentials and request data, role-based access, hashed passwords and a tamper-evident audit log.
